Schedule an Initial Consultation

By scheduling an initial meeting below, you are indicating your understanding of the following:

  • Consultation is available for Utah residents only.
  • A 30-minute consultation costs $100. However, if you show up for the appointment (or cancel with at least 24 hours of notice), the cost will be discounted to $0. No-show or no-cancellation will be charged $100.
  • A consultation does not represent a therapy relationship, but is designed for you to get your questions answered regarding entering into a future therapy relationship.
  • All consultations at this time are offered via telephone or secure videoconferencing.
  • No appointment request will be finalized until consent paperwork is signed. This paperwork will be emailed to you after your request is received.
